At RYNCI, our strength lies in our people.

We are a diverse and passionate group of young leaders, educators, child protection officers, artists, digital trainers, mental health advocates, and community mobilizers all united by a single purpose: to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for refugee children and youth in Northern Uganda.

Each team member brings unique experience and lived understanding of the refugee context. Many of us are refugees ourselves. We know the challenges our communities face, and that’s what makes our response personal, relevant, and rooted in reality.
