We work with communities

Rock Youth Network for Community Incentive (RYNCI) is a registered non-profit, community-based organization operating in Yumbe District and Bidi Bidi Refugee Settlement, Uganda. Founded in July 2022, RYNCI is committed to transforming lives through community-driven initiatives that inspire positive social change, sustainable development, and inclusive participation across all sectors of society.

We work closely with government entities, NGOs, and the private sector to promote mindset transformation especially among the youth by creating opportunities for participation, learning, and empowerment. Our approach follows humanitarian principles and prioritizes dignity, equity, and collaboration.
